A top quality variety of jasmine green tea ideal for making essence for Bubble Tea.
Essence preparation:
1.Prepare 85g of green tea ( about 1 full 500ml cup)
2. Boil 5L of water.
3. Once the water has boiled, wait until it has cooled to around 80-85 degrees.
4. pour in the measured portion of the tea, mix thoroughly.
5. wait 8 minutes for the tea to brew ( the tea leaves should settle to the bottom in this time ).
6. strain the resulting essence through a sieve and pour the tea into a thermos.
The ideal serving of tea is approximately 50-100ml per 500ml Bubble Tea drink. The tea pairs perfectly with our Bubble Tea syrups.
