Ceylon black tea 0.6kg

A black tea variety suitable for Bubble Tea.

Just 50-100 ml of decoction per 500ml of beverage is enough to get the right composition and taste of Bubble Tea.

The amount of tea stock depends on your preference.

To prepare the decoction, we use 50g of black tea per 10l of water.

1. Boil 10l of water.

2. add 50 grams of black tea and boil for 10 min on low heat.

3. strain the resulting decoction through a sieve, pour the tea into a thermos.

A tea variety that blends well in flavour with our Taiwanese Bubble Tea syrups.
